ALL RATES ARE BASED ON 4 IN A PARTY. ADDITIONAL GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED $3.00 PER DAY. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 5 YEARS OLD ARE FREE.

ALL ELECTRIC CHARGES CAN BE INCREASED ACCORDING TO PRICE INCREASE BY ELECTRIC COMPANY.

RESERVATIONS: A DEPOSIT OF FIRST MONTHS RENT IS REQUIRED FOR MONTHLY RESERVATIONS

YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED IF CANCELLATION IS MADE WITHIN A REASONABLE LENGTH OF TIME 30 DAYS FOR MONTHLY.

SPECIFIC SITE REQUESTS ARE ACCEPTED BUT CANNNOT BE GUARANTEED.

WE HAVE PICNIC TABLES AND PATIOS AT EACH SITE. WE HAVE A LAUNDRY ROOM AND BATH HOUSE AND ARE ALWAYS CLEAN. WE ARE OWNERS AND MANAGERERS AND LIVE HERE IN THE PARK. THERE ARE SECURITY LIGHTS THROUGHT THE PARK. WE ALSO HAVE THE FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE IN SOUTH TEXAS!!!

Since this property is privately owned, we are required to conform with all local and state health, welfare, and safety laws. The following rules are for your own protection and benefit. We want you to continue to enjoy yourselves nestled among our trees overlooking our beautiful bay.

1. Check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Please re-register by this time if you plan to stay longer.

2. One RV and two vehicles may be parked on the same site if space permits. DO NOT PARK EXTRA VEHICLES IN VACANT SITES!!!!

3. Pets are welcome here if kept under the control of the owner and CLEANED UP AFTER. No pets allowed in BUILDINGS OR POOL AREA. Use the PET SANITATIONS STATIONS provided by the park. All pets must be on a leash.

4. Children, grandchildren, and guests must have direct adult supervision at all times for safety's sake. This includes the pier, pool area, restrooms, laundry room, rec room, and the park. The rec room and game room are monitored by the security system.

5. The laundry room is open 24 hours, so please keep noise to a minimum as other tenants are sleeping. Please clean dryer filters after use. Unattended laundry that has finished its cycle may be removed. Clotheslines are not permitted between trees or from a tree to your RV due to insurance regulations.

6. Restrooms are open 24 hours and have shower facilities. Please keep it neat and clean for the next person. No personal trash in the restroom or laundry room trash cans. Place your trash in the dumpster near the front entrance.

7. Pier is open 24 hours. Use a fish cleaning station on the pier. No fish cleaning at your site. Fish remains to go back into the water, not in the dumpster.

8. Sewer donuts or elbows are required on your sewer hose. Our sewer is a septic system and will not tolerate cigarette butts, sanitary products, grease, or any foreign objects, condoms, and no wipes of any kind.

9. SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH.

10. Tenants will be held responsible for their conduct and the conduct of guests and visitors. Drunkenness, immoral conduct, loud parties, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.

11. No additions, structures, fences, awnings, etc., may be built unless first approved by management. You are responsible for keeping your site clean and orderly.

12. Under no condition will RV’S Rented, leased or sub-let.

13. You must turn off your water when leaving your RV in the park. Water has become a very expensive item in an RV park. It is your responsibility to make sure your RV has no leaks (Toilets, outside hoses, sinks, etc.) you will be charged accordingly if we find your RV has a leak.

14. These rules and regulations are for your protection and comfort. Infractions of these rules will be brought to your attention as part of our service. Willful and repeated infractions of these rules will result in eviction. Use of park facilities and equipment is done so at your own risk. Bahia Vista is your home away from home. Please treat the park, wildlife, and your neighbors respectfully.
